1 Timothy 2:1-3 (MSG) - Pray every way you know how, for everyone you know. Pray especially for rulers and their governments to rule well so we can be quietly about our business of living simply, in humble contemplation. This is the way our Savior God wants us to live. -- I can't help but notice the urgency in Paul's writing in that first sentence. Pray every way, and for everyone. That's what we should be doing all the time. The second part of that passage states that God wants us to live simply, free from distractions. We should always be in an attitude of "humble contemplation." How are you praying and living?

If you do what is right in the sight of the Lord, if you seek out the Lord's will for your life, if you answer His call, He will make you succeed in all you do and you can never fail.

Psalm 104:24, 27, 31 (MSG) - What a wildly wonderful world, God! You made it all, with wisdom at your side, made earth overflow with your wonderful creations.... All the creatures look expectantly to you.... The glory of God - let it last forever! Let God enjoy his creation! -- Have you ever just stopped to praise God for the wonders of His creation? Isn't it amazing to just look outside and give God the glory for creation?! The next time you see a sunrise, sunset, or just something in nature, praise God for all He has done and created!
